Job summary

Allianz, through Britannia Rescue, is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers on breakdown calls. The role is hybrid with on-site presence in Leeds, training provided, and shifts aligning with a 37.5-hour week.

You will assist customers with empathy, coordinate breakdown services, and cross-skill into sales and service over time. Salary starts around £27,007.50 per year and offers a total rewards package with flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient support when handling breakdown calls.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and take ownership for resolutions.
• Process messages, instructions and updates through online systems to manage end-to-end service.
• Coordinate breakdown and uplift services for third-party clients.
• Answer and initiate contact across channels to resolve queries and complete actions.
• Attend team meetings, 1:1s and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
