The AA is hiring a Roadside Assist Patrol in London North West. You will work a 40-hour week on various patrol schedules, starting and finishing from your driveway, and you’ll be the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation, helping members get back on the road quickly in any weather.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology; you’ll be provided with tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Starting and finishing on your driveway; paid from the moment you enter the van until you return home.
• Work independently across varied locations while remaining part of a supportive team.
• Use your technical knowledge and clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
