The AA is hiring a Roadside Rescue Mechanic in the UK. You’ll patrol and respond to breakdowns, working on average a 40-hour week with flexible shift options. Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £40,270, with OTE up to £60,000 for top performers across eligible locations.

You'll use technical knowledge and strong communication to assist members, solve problems on the spot, and join the UK's largest motoring organisation— the friendly face they trust on the road.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology with provided tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays because breakdowns don’t stick to a schedule.

Shifts: As a patrol you will work on average 40 hour week with a variety of shift pattern options available, you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. The number of rest days you enjoy each year, as well as the length of your shifts will vary based on the shift pattern you select.

• Confidence using and adapting to new technology we’ll provide the tools, you bring the curiosity.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays because breakdowns don’t stick to a schedule.
