Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively: Diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly to customers, ensuring they feel safe and informed.
• Be a self-starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
• Problem-solve: Use your technical expertise to fix vehicles roadside or recover them to a garage, enabling customers to continue their day.

Requirements

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
