Job summary

The AA is looking for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join their UK-wide team. You’ll start and finish from home-based driveways, earning guaranteed year-1 earnings of £40,387, with OTE up to £60,000 for top performers.

You’ll work ~40 hours per week with flexible shift patterns to suit you. As the face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation, you’ll help members on the road, using your technical skills to diagnose and fix issues, while delivering excellent customer service in all weather and

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Confidence with new technology and tools provided.

Responsibilities

• Start and finish on your driveway; paid from start to finish.
• Work independently across varied locations and conditions.
• Use technical knowledge to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve roadside issues on the spot with calm, professional approach.
