Base Salary: £29,350

Your ability to connect with people and understand their needs sets you apart. You’ll ask the right questions, explain repairs clearly, and ensure your customer can continue with their day. Be prepared to work in any weather, anytime, anywhere.

What will I be doing?

• A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and understood.
• A dedicated learner: Absorbing knowledge on the road and in structured settings to become a fully-fledged patrol.
• A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
• A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, fix vehicles roadside, or recover to a garage, enabling customers to get on with their day.

What do I need?

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Full category B driving license with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
