What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based around Eastbourne, Brighton, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, and Redhill.

You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, with optional overtime.

We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues such as being out of fuel, tyre repairs or changes, or battery replacements, and helping them get back on the road efficiently. You will need to diagnose problems, understand repair requirements, and provide reassurance to customers.

What you'll need

  • To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving license
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
  • Empathy and a desire to achieve the best outcome
  • Experience in the Motor Repair industry
  • Experience working alone (desirable)
  • Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
  • Strong health and safety practices
  • Ability to collaborate with dispatch to improve customer experience
  • Self-initiative
