About The Role
At RAC, we appreciate the dedication of our colleagues who go the extra mile for our customers. In return, we offer a competitive base salary of £53,720.98 (Inclusive London Weighting allowance if applicable) complemented by an average OTE ranging from £54,000 to £58,000.

Our unprecedented growth means we now have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanic to join our Roadside Patrol team.
As a Roadside Mechanic you will need:
In this role, you’ll work the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. You will receive your roster seven days in advance, with core hours sent three days in advance. Your working hours will be between 0600 and 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Roadside support is at the very heart of our business, as our Mechanics deliver an exceptional and much-needed service for our members. Our patrols will be out and about dealing face-to-face with members, handling breakdowns, offering technical support, and delivering the same exceptional service that they’ve come to expect from the RAC.
