The RAC is the UK's leading breakdown service provider with a team of 4,000 'orange heroes'. We are seeking a skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanic to join our team.

Requirements for a Roadside Mechanic:

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
• Technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility for short-notice work
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary

This role involves working approximately 40 hours per week without a fixed roster. Roster details are provided seven days in advance, with core hours communicated three days prior. Working hours are between 0600 and 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
