What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based in or around one of the locations below.

You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with optional overtime.

We will provide a Green Flag vehicle and you will start your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues such as being out of fuel, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and helping them get back on the road safely. You will need to diagnose problems, understand repair requirements, and provide reassurance to customers.

What you'll need

  • To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
  • Empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome
  • Experience in the Motor Repair industry
  • Experience of lone working (desirable)
  • Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
  • Adherence to best practice and Health & Safety standards
  • Collaboration skills with dispatch teams
  • Self-initiative
