What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based in or around the following locations:

• Pinner, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hayes, Southall, Greenford, Ealing, Acton, Stanmore, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Finchley, Golders Green, Wood Green, North Finchley, Tottenham, Islington, Edmonton, Whetstone, Enfield, Barnet, Northwood

You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with optional overtime.

We provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, using your technical knowledge to diagnose issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs or replacements, or battery issues, and helping them get back on the road confidently.

• Salary up to £40,000 base, dependent on experience, with OTE of £44-48k, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need

• Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
• A current Category B driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the correct outcome
• Experience in the motor repair industry
• Experience working alone (desirable)
• Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
• Adherence to best practices and health & safety standards
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch teams to improve customer experience
• Self-initiative
