You excel in customer interactions, understanding their needs and feelings, explaining your fixes clearly, and ensuring they can continue with their day. You are adaptable, reliable, and ready to assist anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
- A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
- A dedicated learner: Continuously learning on the road and through structured training.
- A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving in all weather conditions.
- A fixer/problem solver: Using technical skills to resolve vehicle issues efficiently, enabling customers to resume their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
- NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
- A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less; if you lack category BE (towing), we will fund it.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
