As our Roadside Assistant Mechanic, you will assist our customers with mainly tyre and battery related breakdowns. With your empathetic approach, you’ll ask the right questions, explain your solutions clearly, and ensure they can get back on the road swiftly. Rain or shine, day or night, you’ll be there—ready for anything. And it’s not just about the technical know-how; it’s about connecting with people.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team, providing exceptional service and making a real impact in people’s lives.

Basic Salary £28,550 + £4,207 location allowance*

You’ll need:

• Preferable but not essential: NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Essential: full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t also have category BE (towing), we’ll fund it for you.
• Willingness to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
• A clear communicator who can explain things to customers in a way that reassures them their needs will be met.
