What will I be doing?

You’ll be:

• A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and well-informed.
• A dedicated learner: Absorbing knowledge on the road and in structured learning settings to become a fully-fledged patrol.
• A self-starter: Working independently and collaboratively, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
• A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, enabling customers to get on with their day.

What do I need?

You’ll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have Category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
