What will I be doing?

You’ll be:

• A communicator: Sharing your knowledge in a way that customers understand and feel confident in your care.
• A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from others and gain knowledge, whether on the road or in structured training.
• A self-starter: Working independently and collaborating with your team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
• A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or recovering them to a garage, enabling customers to resume their day.

What do I need?

You’ll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have a Category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
