Basic Salary £28,550 + £3,500 location allowance*. Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £45,000!

*Eligibility for location allowance is based on your home postcode

Your ability to connect with people distinguishes you. You understand not just what your customer needs, but how they feel. You ask the right questions, explain your fixes, and ensure your customer can continue with their day. You’re ready for anything—there for them, anytime, anywhere, in any weather.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be:

  • A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers understand and feel safe.
  • A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from on-road experiences and structured training.
  • A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
  • A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, either roadside or by recovering vehicles to a garage, enabling customers to continue their day.
What do I need?

You’ll need :

  • NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • A full category B driving license with 6 points or less. If you lack category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
