Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a Road Sweeper Driver in Winchester (SO23). The role involves driving a HGV road sweeper, helping clean streets in the local community, and working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 3.00 pm. You will receive weekly pay and access to development programmes.

The ideal candidate holds an HGV licence and CPC card, with a tacho card and good knowledge of the local area. Health and safety compliance is essential.

• Must be medically fit for physical work.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate the HGV road sweeper to clean streets.
• Assist in street cleaning across Winchester and surrounding areas.

Road Sweeper Driver

Location: Winchester, SO23 7RZ

Hourly rate: £16.00 per hour

Contract type: Temp - Perm for the right candidate

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 3.00 pm

About the role

Are you an HGV Licence and CPC Card holder seeking an opportunity to train with a motivated team and assist in the cleanliness of the local community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Road Sweeper Driver! The successful candidate will assist in cleaning the streets of Winchester and other surrounding areas using a HGV Road Sweeper.

Requirements

• Must have an HGV Licence and CPC Card
• Must have a tacho card
• Must have a fair knowledge of the local area
• Must have an appreciation of the business to be undertaken and must be medically fit to undertake physical work
• Must be willing to work to the Company's Health & Safety Policy as well as use correct PPE
