Essex Highways is seeking a Road Safety Engineer to join the Road Safety Engineering team. This vital role involves conducting Road Safety Audits, collision investigations, and providing technical support to ensure safety on roads. The ideal candidate will have a degree in highways or equivalent experience, along with specific Road Safety Engineering experience.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent high-level qualification, or significant experience in highways.
Knowledge of relevant Highway Design procedures and standards.

Identify collision trends and propose Safety Engineering solutions.
Conduct Fatal Road Collision Investigations.
