Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations across road planing projects. You will manage day-to-day activity, supervise teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered to high safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have CSCS and NVQ, with MPQC/EPIC preferred, and a proven track record in highway or civil engineering environments. The role emphasises leadership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience on-site in road planing/highways/civil engineering.
• Experience supervising operational teams in fast-paced site environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver road planing projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct site briefings, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Manage plant, vehicles and equipment to keep them safe and ready for operation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders for excellent service.
• Monitor project performance, productivity and resource use to maximise efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members and promote a positive working environment.
• Support cost control and contribute to contract financial performance.
