This role encompasses coordinating maintenance tasks, managing data systems, and supporting field teams to enhance the operational efficiency of the UK's vital transportation network.

The M25 is one of our Flagship projects in the UK! It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with it seeing over 200,000 vehicles per day and it’s a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital. The network includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, so it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement and repairs to keep it operating smoothly.
Join our esteemed Connect Plus Services Technology Team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the M25's technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include coordinate the raising, management, and reporting of all cyclic maintenance and defect activities performed by the Technology Services Team in meeting the requirements of the Technology Services Contract. Coordinating and collating planned night works and sending works to the night teams, and update completed works the next morning. Coordinating roadspace and traffic management bookings for maintenance activities (when necessary), maintaining the Service Now job management system for both cyclic and planned works.
