Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in freight forwarding and a passion for delivering exceptional client support?

We are working with a well-established freight forwarding business based in Cannock, seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their export operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is looking to develop their career in international trade.



The Role:

As a key member of the export department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that export operations run smoothly from booking to delivery. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, carriers, and overseas agents will be essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment progress

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with export regulations

  • Monitor and resolve any service issues, proactively keeping customers informed

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored support for repeat business

  • Work collaboratively with the export team to improve processes and service delivery
