This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with our Land and Commercial Departments, manage tendering processes, oversee sub-contractors, and ensure smooth adoption of infrastructure and estates.

Your Role at a Glance
As Road & Estates Adoptions Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our infrastructure delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating tendering, cost analysis, and order placement
Liaising with statutory authorities and planning/highway departments to achieve timely adoption of infrastructure (Sections 104/38/185 etc.)
Overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Managing documentation from instruction to adoption
Maintaining accurate cost records and collaborating with the Commercial Department
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in construction, particularly road construction
Strong communication skills for working with local authorities, solicitors, and customers
Full UK Driving Licence
Solid IT skills and budget management capabilities
Excellent negotiation and time management skills
A construction management qualification is desirable
