The role entails frequent travel, leadership of Wellness Leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the company culture across the StoryPoint portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, demonstrates proven leadership in healthcare, and has experience with dementia care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings.
• Experience with dementia care and elder wellness.

Responsibilities

• Travel 70–80% between communities.
• Coach and mentor Wellness Leaders to uphold standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Support training, huddles, and quality initiatives.
• Promote company culture across communities.
• Lead hiring within staffing budgets.
• Stay current on licensure and continuing education.
