Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through collaboration with patients and families, in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and 2 years of nursing experience (geriatrics preferred). CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active license required.
• Two years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care to promote high-quality outcomes.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Life Care standards.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
