Job summary

Qualifications

• Attended an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs on the floor.
• Chart appropriately, accurately, and timely.
• Coordinate patient care and services with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Respond to emergencies with leadership capacity.
• Support evacuation procedures when needed.
