Purpose of Your Job Description for RN Staff Educator:

The RN Staff Educator oversees the facility's staff education program, including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the program based on identified resident and staff needs, as well as Federal, State, and Local regulations. The role also involves maintaining confidential health records for all employees, including physicals, immunizations, and TB screenings.

Reports to: Director of Nursing

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Schedule: Monday - Friday
