Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Site Management Team as a Site Practitioner in the Operations Division, Eastern Services. You will help ensure safe patient flow, capacity management and escalation, coordinating Hospital Out of Hours services and providing expert clinical and operational support.

The role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to influence improvements in patient care and throughput across the site.

Competenze

• Experienced Registered Nurse with significant acute care experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Site Practitioners support patient flow, capacity and escalation across the site.
