Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.

Position Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. The role involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The nurse supports the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains staff competency, and manages resources effectively related to patient care.

The ideal candidate has effective interpersonal and communication skills and can serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Certifications:
  • Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or regulation; CPR certification.
