Qualifications

• Valid RN license issued by the state board of nursing.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Participate in education, policy updates, and skill maintenance.
• Advocate for patients and uphold compassionate, respectful care.
• Comply with hospital policies, regulations, and professional standards.
• Stay informed on medical advances and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
