We are searching for a talented RN Medical Surgical - Baylor - VNA
Hours: 30hrs
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 6:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven, MA
-Team 1 coverage area include: RI- Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, Bristol, Barrington, Warren, Riverside
MA: Rehoboth, Somerset, Swansea, Seekonk, Assonet, Bridgewater, Raynham, Taunton, Dighton, Berkely, Freetown

Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager or designee and within agency and department policies and procedures, establish the standards of practice for the Staff Nurse which are based upon the American Nurses� Association of Standards of Home Health Nursing Practice. Assess and care for patients with various health problems ranging in severity. Work in cooperation with individual patients, caregivers and ancillary staff. Advise regarding various modalities to meet patient wellness and illness needs including medication, nutrition, exercise and technical nursing treatments. Teach and support various positive self-care activities including problem solving and treatment alternatives.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
