Unit Description: 2 East is a 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of acute conditions and multiple comorbidities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• Evidence of Continuing Education
• Prior Med Surg experience preferred
• Telemetry experience or ability to pass competency exam within 90 days
• Current AHABLS Certification
• Effective time management and communication skills

Recommended Requirements:

• Professional Development activities
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• AHA ACLS preferred

Staff may be floated to other areas as needed. All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
