Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts in Swansea, IL. Positions include full-time, part-time and PRN with immediate start dates.
Responsibilities include 1 on 1 patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring patient condition, charting, assisting with daily activities, recording vitals and providing caregiver relief. Must hold IL nursing license and CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.

- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
