Phoenix Care Staff LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans, assess health needs, document clinical observations, and review risk assessments.

You will lead shifts, supervise Senior Carers and Healthcare Assistants, administer medicines safely, ensure infection prevention and control, maintain safeguarding and confidentiality, and communicate effectively with GPs and families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans, clinical assessments and best practice guidelines.
• Assess service users’ physical and mental health needs, identify deterioration and escalate appropriately.
• Develop, review and update care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.
• Undertake clinical tasks including wound care, PEG feeding care and management, pressure area prevention and treatment, blood glucose monitoring, and vital signs observations.
• Ensure service users receive appropriate support for pain management, comfort and wellbeing.
• Promote dignity, privacy and respect in all aspects of care.
• Administer medicines safely and in line with NMC standards and service policy; maintain medication records.
• Lead and coordinate shifts, supervise Senior Carers, Healthcare Assistants and support staff; delegate duties appropriately.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, participate in handovers and communicate with GPs, community nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote safeguarding, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements and NMC Code.
