Differentials: $2.00-$4.00 education, $1.00 per national certification (up to 2), $0.67 mileage reimbursement
The Hospice and Home Care RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. Patient volumes range from 4-5 daily.
Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model.
