Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the General Manager and stand in during their absence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations, setting standards and developing strategies to achieve goals.

As a Registered Nurse with NMC, you will mentor staff, manage safeguarding and clinical risk assessments, and contribute to driving improvements in resident outcomes in a dynamic, engaging

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
HR experience, budget management and sales/marketing knowledge.
Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification and experience with safeguarding investigations.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of quality care and lead when the General Manager is absent.
Motivate and oversee a multidisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life.
Lead audits, check regulatory compliance and supervise clinical practice.
Develop and deliver strategies to achieve care-goals and raise standards.
