Barchester Healthcare in Ipstones is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead (RN). You’ll support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of care with audits and regulatory compliance.

You must be an NMC-registered nurse with mentoring or supervision qualification; experience in safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR, sales and marketing, and budget management.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• HR experience and knowledge of sales, marketing and budget management.
• Experience mentoring newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of high-quality care in the home.
• Lead by example, audit care standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspire multidisciplinary team and manage in General Manager's absence.
