We are searching for a talented RN Admin Supervisor

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Flexible shifts and hours, 7:00am - 3:30pm; 3:00pm - 11:30pm; 11:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Services, or designee, perform a wide variety of duties including acting as an on-site Administrator, serving as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff, providing administrative and clinical supervision, collaborating with other applicable hospital departments and services to assure a high standard of patient care, and performing other administrative and related duties.

Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred. Current Massachusetts R.N. License is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated decision-making ability required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience, including some leadership experience, is required.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• BCLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $103,729.60 - USD $191,193.60 /Yr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

Every other weekend and holiday.
