Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking experienced RMN or RGN nurses for Leicester and the surrounding area. This flexible agency role lets you choose ad-hoc or block bookings, with shifts covering weekdays, nights and weekends.

You will deliver high‑quality mental health care and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support individual care plans. We offer fully flexible shifts to fit your availability, a free DBS check, competitive hourly rates, a complimentary uniform and in-house training

Qualifications

• NMC registered RMN or RN with UK experience.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Three years of employment references.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health care across private settings.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to support care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patients' clinical needs, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate electronic records in line with standards.
• Report to general service managers.

The Role:

• As a Nurse, you will:

• Maintain accurate records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
• Report directly to the general service managers

We’re Looking For:

• NMC registered RMN with relevant experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Three years of employment references
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
