Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our growing team and provide exceptional care across a group of leading private hospitals we support.

You will be providing high-quality care and support to service users with complex mental health needs, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity, and independence are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
  • Administer medication and monitor side effects in accordance with guidelines.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support patients\' recovery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience working within a mental health setting.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (PMVA training is essential).
