Job summary

EPUT is seeking a Band 5 RMN to join our mental health services in Essex area. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing 24/7 access to care in a low secure inpatient setting and supporting patients with complex needs.

Essentially, you must be a Qualified Nurse with RMN registration and have at least 1 year post-graduate experience. A comprehensive induction and ongoing development are provided within an inclusive NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with RMN Registration.
• At least 1 year post-grad experience as a qualified Nurse.
• CoS prioritisation currently applies to registered roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of patient care.
• Act as key worker and co-worker for a designated group of clients.
• Deliver high quality, individualised care and document care plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold the NMC registration.
• Discharge planning in line with Care Programme Approach.
