What We Are Looking For

RMMV UK is contracted to support the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) Support Vehicle (SV) fleet, which totals over 7,500 platforms.

The cross-functional team at RMMV-UK maintains close relationships with our MOD customer, the Army, and our suppliers. We provide engineering solutions & support, spare parts, and repair solutions at vehicle and component levels for the MoD.

This role aims to introduce a graduate with higher-level education to rotate across various business functions, preparing them to become future leaders and managers within the team.

We seek driven, enthusiastic graduates to join our team.

Responsibilities include developing practical skills, participating in training sessions, adhering to health and safety standards, completing tests and assignments, and delivering presentations to staff and stakeholders. You should be well-organized, adaptable, and proactive in assisting where needed.

Successful graduates will embody the core behaviors valued by RMMV-UK, such as responsiveness to feedback, relationship-building, and making a positive impression. We look for proactive individuals with a 'can-do' attitude, who embrace challenges and are eager to learn.

The graduate will rotate through different functions within RMMV-UK, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business. The rotation scheme is tailored based on business needs, project requirements, and the graduate's career aspirations, aligned with a personal development plan.

A typical 3-year scheme includes (but is not limited to) placements in:

  • Business Analyst
  • Business Development
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance & Commercial
  • Engineering
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Program Management
  • Special Projects

Functional Training

Each placement will have clear objectives and a competency framework outlining expected behaviors.

Key Competencies and Qualifications

  • Confident and professional stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with quick adaptability to new IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective communication, including articulate telephone manner and strong written English
  • Ability to build productive relationships within the team and externally

Experience & Educational Requirements
