The Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Programme Manager, EU RME, will provide support to the Europe Reliability & Maintenance Engineering pillars, including EUCF, EUAMZL, EUATS, and EUGSF. This role partners with SMEs from the EU and NA Mechatronics and MSP team to ensure safety in automation technology design and maintenance, minimizing risks for teams.
The individual will also assist the WHS RME Manager in improving network WHS standards, procedures, and training, and will be involved in digitalizing RME processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
Focus on mitigating high-risk safety hazards, analyzing incidents, reviewing KPIs, and conducting root cause investigations to improve safety culture.
The RME WHS team is part of High-Risk Operations, focusing on managing safety risks associated with machinery, equipment, and contractors, promoting a proactive safety culture.
