Job Description: Band 7 - H@H - Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP / ACP)

We invite high-caliber applicants to join the multidisciplinary team at Aberdeen City Hospital at Home service, as we expand. This role involves providing hospital-level acute care at patients' homes, reducing hospital admissions, and improving healthcare outcomes. The service operates at Woodend Hospital, offering clinical cover 7 days a week from 0800 to 2015.

Key skills include professional leadership, team working, advanced clinical assessment, and decision-making. The post holder will support professional development, teaching, supervision, and research activities, grounded in current healthcare issues.

The successful candidate must:

  1. Hold current registration with their healthcare professional body.
  2. Possess a Post-Graduate Diploma (Masters level) in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience working autonomously at Masters level.
  3. Be a qualified Independent Prescriber (V300).
  4. Have significant post-registration clinical experience, preferably in Acute Medicine, Frailty, or Respiratory care.

Travel throughout Aberdeen City is essential; candidates must have access to a car and a full UK driving license. Interviews are scheduled for 2nd June 2025.
