NHS Grampian is looking for a District Nurse Team Leader to join the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership. This role involves leading a community nursing team with a focus on quality improvement and transformation. Band 7 - 37 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse Team Leader within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate should be motivated to lead a busy Community Nursing Team with energy, innovation, and compassion, aiming for continuous quality improvement and transformational change.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be eager to develop leadership and management qualities further.
