MCG Recruitment is partnering with a branded restaurant group to appoint a Restaurant Manager in Lymington. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive exceptional guest service in a riverside setting.

There is a clear path for progression with a strong culture and a competitive package including up to £42,000 base plus a £10K performance bonus. The role is full-time, 40–48 hours per week, with benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with KPI and P&L experience.
• Background in branded or fast-paced hospitality.
