Job summary

Vantage Point is seeking ambitious professionals to join its Elevate Programme, embarking on 12–18 months of complex transformation work for leading financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop consulting tools to progress toward Senior Consultant and Manager roles.

We value individuals with 3–9 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, regulatory change or FS change delivery, and a proactive, ownership-driven

Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading workstreams within large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes.
• Working with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, operations and technology functions.
• Analysing current processes, operating models, and risk frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the design and implementation of future-state risk and control frameworks.
• Delivering regulatory change initiatives and business transformation programmes.
• Developing client-ready reports, presentations and recommendations.
