Vantage Point Global partners with a leading global consultancy to identify the next generation of Risk Transformation Consultants through the Elevate Programme, a 12–18 month rotation on complex transformation programmes for major financial institutions.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, develop your consulting toolkit, and progress toward Senior Consultant and Manager opportunities, with mentoring and structured career development support.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–9 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, regulatory change, transformation or financial services change delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams within large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, operations and technology.
• Analyse processes, operating models and risk frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support design and implementation of future-state risk and control frameworks.
• Deliver regulatory change initiatives and business transformation programmes.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

This is a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals with experience in risk, compliance, audit, regulatory change, transformation or financial services change delivery who want to build a long-term career in consulting. Through Vantage Point's Elevate Programme, you'll spend 12-18 months working alongside experienced consulting teams on complex transformation programmes for leading financial institutions. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, develop your consulting toolkit and build the skills needed to progress towards future Senior Consultant and Manager opportunities. We're looking for people with strong foundations, high potential, and the drive to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of client-facing consulting teams, you'll help financial services organisations navigate complex business, risk and regulatory challenges.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting and leading workstreams within large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes.
• Working with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, operations and technology functions.
