Job summary

Deutsche Bank invites graduates to join a 12-month graduate programme within the Chief Risk Office (CRO). You will rotate through various CRO functions, gaining practical exposure and on-the-job training while benefiting from one-to-one mentoring and a strong support network.

You will develop analytical skills to support risk management decisions, observe market developments and identify risks, contributing to the bank's risk strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
• They should have degrees in many different disciplines; numeracy is important for some roles.
• No formal mathematical or financial background required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through different functions within the Chief Risk Office (CRO).
