Market leading Risk Settlement team seeking a qualified Actuary to join them as a lead transaction adviser across a significant portfolio of clients | Based from any UK location with hybrid working (full or part time role)

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a market leading Risk Settlement team seeking a qualified Actuary to join them as a lead transaction adviser across a significant portfolio of clients. Working with a range of experts and specialist sub-teams, you will work on transactions across the pension risk transfer market, including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions. You will also assist clients in their strategic 'Journey to Settlement', including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibility.

Role requirements:

• FIA qualified
• Experience in a wide range of settlement transactions
• Experience within a reputable pensions consultancy with extensive UK DB pensions expertise

This role offers the opportunity to make a broader impact beyond individual clients by developing new business initiatives, propositions, and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with Life and General Insurance specialists to provide a holistic approach when advising clients.
