Monzo Europe is an Irish-based subsidiary of the Monzo Group which will, upon authorisation, be the base for Monzo’s expansion as a bank into the European Union. We are building a new and exciting financial institution focused on providing innovative and customer-centric banking services across the EU.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. This role is critical in supporting the digital bank’s risk oversight by delivering high-quality risk reporting, insightful analytics, and decision-support metrics across the risk taxonomy. You will help drive data-led risk intelligence, enhance the effectiveness of the risk framework, and support risk governance at all levels of the organisation. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, Monzo Europe.

??This role can be based in our Dublin office, however, you will be expected to travel to Monzo’s head offices in London from time to time
